This beautiful archipelago of islands has been home to our ancestors since Neolithic times.
Its idyllic whitesand beaches, turquoise sea and wildflowers make a relaxing setting. Whilst out there in the far south west it offers some exciting paddling conditions.
Isles of Scilly - week of intermediate day trips

4 - 6 places of intermediate guided trips in the beautiful Isles of Scilly. This is a great chance to enjoy a sea kayaking holiday early in the season. May is an excellent time to paddle and explore the Scilly isles. Spring is underway, all the wild flowers are coming out and you are ahead of peak tourist season. The islands are steeped in history as well as being visually stunning. They provide options for more or less exposed paddling.
We will base ourselves from Pelistry Campsite on St Mary’s. Here we have large pre erected scout style tents for sleeping and 2 large communal tents set up as kitchen and dining tents for cooking and shelter. There is direct access to a beach launch from the campsite, (beautiful Pelistry beach see the main IOS picture) so any swimmers in the group can take a morning dip with ease!

Guiding: Book by contacting us.
Camping: Book by contacting us, we will be doing a group booking on Pelistry campsite. Use of large pre erected scout tent for Sat 9th to Sat 16th is £225 there will be 7 available to either share or book individually. Non paddling family or friends members are welcome to share a tent if we have enough for paddlers.
Travel to IOS: book directly with IOS travel company. Await confirmation from us before booking your travel.
Kayak transport: Take your own boat across, we can fit a limited number of kayaks onto our trailer on the ferry, reducing the cost of transport. Spaces on the trailer are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
