West Cornwall, like an island, has North, South, East and West facing shores all within an hours drive with options for all levels of skills development.
The Western most points are exposed to uninterupted atlantic swell arriving at dramatic sculptured granite cliffs, the North coast offers sandy surf beaches. This all makes it an excellent location for developing skills and confidence in surf and swell as well as a visually stunning coastline to explore.
The South and East facing coasts often provide more sheltered launch options including small fishing harbours and slipways. Having such a range of possibilities gives options in most weather and for most people.
Skills development can be over single or multiple days. Week long stays provide time to focus on developing a progression of skills. By choosing different venues we can both explore the coastline and tailor trips to progressively develop your skills and confidence.
